I did a 9-day solo trip to some amazing areas in British Columbia and Alaska. It was a little difficult to know how to split it all up, to be honest. This first of four legs includes some touristy stuff in Vancouver, including Stanley Park near downtown, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Grouse Mountain, and finally the River of Golden Dreams which connects Alta and Green Lakes in Whistler, British Columbia. It was a pretty mellow float, but super scenic. Ironically Alta Lake, despite its flat water, was probably the most enjoyable stretch of the float. Fantastic mountain scenery and super green!
